INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Personal & Contact Information

When you contact us or book services, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, company or brokerage name, and information you provide in communications with us.

Property & Booking Information

We may collect the property address, square footage, bedrooms and bathrooms, requested appointment date and time, selected services, access instructions, and other information necessary to perform your requested services.

Please avoid placing unnecessary sensitive personal information in booking notes or access instructions.

Transaction Information

Our booking system may maintain appointment availability, temporary appointment holds, selected services, pricing, booking status, payment status, transaction identifiers, and booking confirmations.

PAYMENTS & APPOINTMENT HOLDS

Payment Information

Online payments are processed through Stripe's hosted payment services. DAB Media Design does not directly collect or store your complete payment-card number, security code, or complete payment-card credentials through our booking database.

We may receive transaction information from Stripe, including payment status, amount paid, transaction identifiers, and information necessary to administer the transaction.

Temporary Appointment Holds

Selecting an available appointment may temporarily reserve that time for approximately 30 minutes while you complete checkout.

A hold is not a confirmed booking. If checkout is not successfully completed before the hold expires, the appointment may become available to other customers.

WEBSITE INFORMATION & COOKIES

Our website and its service providers may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser, device, operating system, pages viewed, referring pages, website interactions, and cookie information.

We use this information to operate and secure the website, diagnose technical issues, understand website performance, prevent abuse, and improve our services.

Our website may use essential cookies and, depending on the technologies enabled, analytics or other non-essential cookies. Where required, visitors may be provided controls for non-essential cookies.

• Calculate pricing and manage appointment availability

• Confirm, modify, or cancel appointments

We may also send communications reasonably related to services you requested or purchased.

TECHNOLOGY PROVIDERS

We use third-party technology providers to operate portions of our business.

Wix

Our primary website is hosted using Wix, which may process website and visitor information necessary to operate, secure, monitor, and improve the website.

Supabase

Our booking infrastructure may use Supabase to process and store customer, property, booking, service, appointment-hold, payment-status, and related system records.

Stripe

Stripe processes online payments. Payment information entered into Stripe's hosted checkout is processed by Stripe under its applicable privacy and security practices.

Google Calendar

Confirmed appointment information may be synchronized with Google Calendar for scheduling and business operations.

These providers may process information as necessary to provide their respective services and are subject to their own applicable privacy policies and terms.

SHARING & RETENTION

When Information May Be Shared

We do not sell personal information to data brokers in exchange for money.

Information may be disclosed to technology and service providers when necessary to operate our business, fulfill services, process payments, maintain scheduling, or provide customer support.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, investigate fraud or security incidents, protect legal rights or safety, or complete a business transaction such as a merger or sale.

How Long We Keep Information

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain booking and transaction records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and satisfy accounting, tax, legal, or regulatory requirements.

Temporary appointment-hold records may be deleted or invalidated after expiration.

YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information; withdraw consent where applicable; restrict certain processing; or opt out of certain marketing communications.

Some information may need to be retained for legitimate transaction, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, or legal purposes.

We may need to verify your identity before completing certain privacy requests.

SECURITY & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Our website may link to or interact with independent third-party services. Their collection and use of information is governed by their own privacy practices.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our services are not directed toward children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through our booking process.
